Our Story

Since 2016, El Torito has been serving Paducah, Kentucky, with an authentic taste of Mexico that keeps guests coming back for more. As a proud, locally owned restaurant, we have made it our mission to bring fresh, flavorful, and traditional dishes to our community. El Torito was founded by a team with deep roots in the hospitality industry. Our founder came to the United States at a young age and began working in restaurants immediately, building skills and a passion for serving others since 1999. That passion led to a partnership with friends, and together we opened our doors on Halloween of 2016. From day one, our goal has been to create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel like part of the family.
